Stretch hood machine for optimum transport stability and display effect
The fully automatic stretch hood machine MSK Tensiontech - already the fourth generation ever since its introduction more than 20 years ago - packages all kinds of different pallet formats. From 5 sides the products are protected against dirt and moisture, while they are still perfectly visible. An especially MSK-designed method offers additional stability in highly critical load zones of the pallet. Optionally, the film can be stretched all the way belneath the pallet ("understretch-method"), or it can be used as a steady belt around the pallet board to enable reliably the storage in a high-bay warehouse.
High flexibility even for future pallet formats
For every pallet format, the film hood is specifically stretched according to user-defined coordinates in transverse and horizontal directions. Consequently, ideal transport safety features are obtained. This allows for usage of thinner film, and different pallet formats can be wrapped (industry palltes, euro pallets, half and quarter pallets). Also, display pallets can be packaged single or stacked on a mother pallet by the same MSK stretch hood machine.
An Economic Advantage
Compared to common packaging solutions, the MSK stretch hood machine Tensiontech is able to use lower-priced film, and by applying a special preserving film stretch method, it also minimizes the amount of film usage. The machine has been developed in cooperation with leading film producers for reliable use of perforated, punched or printed film.
Energy-efficient packaging
Thanks to special MSK technology, the energy consumption of the MSK Tensiontech stretch hood machine is notably less than 0.1 kW per packaging unit, or about 30% less than for many similar systems, respectively.
MSK Clean Design
Especially for the beverage industry, MSK's stretch hood machine Tensiontech is available in a consistent MSK Clean Design: tooth belts instead of chains aswell as a film handling without hydraulics avoid lubricants above the product and constantly ensure hygienic and material-conserving handling with minimal maintenance effort and very little wear.
Maintenance-friendly solution
The machine head of the MSK Tensiontech stretch hood machine can be lowered to ground level, which makes its maintenance quick and simple as no ladders or platforms are necessary. Similarly, film rolls and sealing bars can easily be exchanged thanks to convenient plugs and sockets and user-friendly access at ground level.
Stretch wrapping with Systematically
The fully automatic MSK Satellitech stretch wrapping machine packages beverage pallets safely for transportation. As an option the system can be combined with an MSK Crosstech diagonal wrap system. This gives the pallet load additional lateral stability for loading and unloading.
