Patented Stretch Hood Technology for Saving Film

The stretch hood machine MSK Tensiontech stretches the film hood to any length- or crosswise dimensions adapting the stretching of the film to each pallet format specifically so that ideal characteristics of load securing are achieved. The patented MSK technology for gathering the film (EP 1 353 847 B1) and the MSK vertical film stretching system (EP 1 717 148) reduce film consumption and at the same time increase load stability.

High Maintainability and Energy Efficiency

MSK stretch hood systems are equipped with toothed belt technology and operate without hydraulics which saves maintenance costs. In addition the lowerable machine head and simple plug connections make maintenance easy and quick. Thanks to a special MSK technology the energy consumption of the MSK stretch hood machines is less than 0.1 kw per packaging unit depending on product and performance and thus is about 30% lower than the one of comparable systems.
