At MSK, our machines flexibly wrap various pallet formats. Thus, the fully-automatic shrink hood machine MSK Multitech easily adapts to changing load dimensions by working with up to 4 different film formats or film thicknesses. As space-saving compact version (hood application and shrinkage at one place), the MSK Multitech packages up to 80 pallets per hour, or up to 160 pallets per hour as line-up version. The machine head can be lowered to ground-level and thus allows for easy and quick maintenance without ladders or platform.
There is hardly another method in the building material industry that has influenced pallet shrink packaging in a way that compares to the MSK Undershrink procedure. The undershrink goes all the way beneath the pallet runners - which is a condition for optimum load stability and usage of thin film.
Careful film heating with efficient MSK technology
MSK's special mixed-air method specifically heats the film and preserves its elasticity and endurance strength. MSK heat recycling makes sure energy efficiency is at an optimum. Our own specially designed mixed-air system has maintenance-free burners that are adapted to the special requirements in the building material industry.
No sticking of the shrink film to the material beneath it
Since the development of the MSK Anti-Collage system, fusing of the film to PE-packaged containers beneath it and creasing are things of the past. With the MSK Anti-Collage system, the MSK software determines the tensile force in accordance with the load volume and film dimensions. By using this system some customers are achieving substantial savings.
