Careful film-heating with efficient MSK technology
In cooperation with big industry engineers, MSK gas management with redundant safety technology has been developed. MSK's special mixed-air method specifically heats the film and preserves its elasticity and endurance strength. MSK heat recycling makes sure energy efficiency is at an optimum. By using the electrically heated shrink frame MSK Corritech or the gas-heated MSK Recotech, even 40 µ thin shrink film can be used.
Highy flexible innovations
The new shrink hood machine MSK Multitech easily adapts to changing load dimensions by working with up to 4 different film formats or film thicknesses. As space-saving compact version (hood application and shrinkage at one place), the MSK Multitech packages up to 80 pallets per hour, or up to 200 pallets per hour as line-up version. The machine head can be lowered to ground-level and thus allows for easy and quick maintenance without ladders or platform.
Specific Solutions for Demands Typical for Chemicals
Innovative solutions have been created on the foundation of the MSK undershrink process and the MSK Paratech system as well as in close co-operation with leading enterprises in the chemical industry including Bayer, Hoechst, ICI and Solvay. The undershrink process shows its greatest effect in combination with the Latch-Lift system: Particularly when loading and unloading have to be carried out several times, the ring of film that is formed within the pallet runners, provides the most important hold even when the film under the corners has become damaged.
No Fusing of the Shrink Film with the Packaging Material Beneath It
Since the development of the MSK Anti-Collage system, fusing of the shrink film to the product beneath it packed in PE as well as creasing of the film have become things of the past. With the MSK Anti-Collage system, the MSK software determines the tensile force in accordance with the load volume and film dimensions. Some customers have achieved substantial savings through the use of this method.
