Pallet shrink wrap machines for the glass container industry. Packaged to withstand wind and weather.
On the foundation of numerous MSK patents and in close co-operation with leading enterprises in the sector, trail-blazing solutions in the field of pallet shrink wrap technology have been created for ensuring the safe transportation of pallets loaded with glass products. In its work, MSK Engineering evaluates all the possible pallet shrink wrap solutions in the light of specific customer requirements. Your advantage: An individually optimised system and a long-term competitive advantage.
More than 30 years of innovations for the glass container industry
Most certainly, no other processes have influenced the pallet shrink wrap in the glass industry as much as the MSK Undershrink process and the MSK Paratech system. Their effects are especially marked when used in combination with the Latch-Lift system. This way, the pallet can be lifted up safely and wrapped even at high stack heights. The MSK Undershrink and Anti-Collage systems make crease-free shrinking possible, whereby the maximum tensile force of the film is utilized. Additionally, the MSK top sheet sealing system provides high weatherproofness. It is the optimum packaging method if your pallets are stored outdoors and exposed to wind and rain for extended periods.
Careful film heating with MSK technology
At MSK, we are aware of the fact that oftentimes, glass pallets are stored outdoors. Our special mixed-air method specifically heats the film in a very preserving way, which thus maintains its elasticity and endurance strength. Simultaneously, MSK's heat recycling allows for an ideal energy efficiency. We offer 5 years of warranty for our maintenance-free MSK burners.
Cost-saving through flexible pallet shrink wrap with hoods
Our fully automatic shrink hood system MSK Multitech 2010 wraps all sorts of load dimensions with up to 4 different film formats or film thicknesses The well-proven MSK film-opening system grants flawless tailoring and contact-free application of the film hood, which makes use of very thin film possible. As space-saving compact version (hood application and shrinkage at one place), the MSK Multitech 2010 packages up to 80 pallets per hour; as line-up system, it can handle double the amount. The machine head is easily lowered to ground-level where it can be maintained quickly and without ladders or platform.
In the style of a parachute, the low-contact hood applicator MSK Paratech applies single or double hoods around the glass pallet. Thanks to the user-friendly and easily accessible floor-level film feed, machine downtime is reduced to a minimum.
