In their stretch hood and shrink packaging machines MSK employs technologies which, compared to conventional packaging solutions, allow the use of thinner film and thus save film costs.

Saving through Technology for High-Speed

MSK supplies the fastest possible packaging systems. MSK high-speed versions wrap up to 400 appliances per hour with a stable film packaging. Where there are high production capacities, an MSK machine accomplishes the work for which normally several machines would be required.

High Maintainability and Energy Efficiency

The use of maintenance-free burners in MSK shrink machines and toothed belt technology in stretch hood and shrink packaging machines save maintenance costs for you. In addition the lowerable machine head and simple plug connections make maintenance easy and quick. Depending on product and output, the energy consumption of the MSK hood applicator is distinctly below 0.1 kw per packaging unit, respectively about 30 % lower than the one of comparable systems which is owed to a special MSK technology. In MSK shrink systems the special MSK mixed air system in combination with MSK heat recovery ensures optimum energy efficiency.
