Customer-specific shrink wrapping Innovations with High Flexibility
At MSK, our machines flexibly wrap various pallet formats. Thus, the fully-automatic shrink hood machine MSK Multitech easily adapts to changing load dimensions by working with up to 4 different film formats or film thicknesses. It is also available as space-saving compact version (hood application and shrinkage at one place). The machine head can be lowered to ground-level and thus allows for easy and quick maintenance without ladders or platform.
The MSK Flowtech system, where pallets or single products are run through a film curtain, packages different pallet or product formats with up to 400 products (appliances, for example) per hour.
There is hardly another method that has influenced pallet shrink wrapping in a way that compares to the MSK Undershrink procedure. Its effect is especially notable when used in combination with the latch-lift system: thus, pallets can be lifted safely and wrapped even at high stack heights.
No Sticking of the Shrink Film to the Material Beneath It
Since the development of the MSK Anti-Collage system, fusing of the film with PE-packaged containers beneath it and creasing are things of the past. With the MSK Anti-Collage system, the MSK software determines the tensile force in accordance with the load volume and film dimensions.
