Within just a few months after its market launch, the new type of hood applicator, which is also featured by the new MSK Multitech, has already been sold over 50 times in the international market. This success is allegeable: the newly developed machine technology completely meets all sorts of demands for efficiency, flexibility and user-friendliness. Moreover, it can be used for a variety of performance requirements.
Compact and fast – according to requirements
The new shrink hood machine MSK Multitech is available as space-saving compact version (hood application and shrinkage at one place) for confined space conditions or as line-up model for high packaging performance. It operates in almost every desired performance level and offers economic solutions from standard mode up until high-speed operation. Thus, the device has sparked an interest in all sorts of branches: MSK has already received international orders for the new MSK Multitech from the glass- and beverage industries, the building material industry, as well as the appliance industry.
Easy maintenance thanks to ground-level access
The MSK Multitech’s innovative machine head is easily lowerable to a position at ground level, which allows for construction without platforms or ladders. This has proven to be a real improvement for our customers as it makes the packaging device extremely user- and maintenance-friendly. Thanks to simple plug-in connectors, spare parts can be exchanged easily and without effort.
High packaging flexibility even for future product sizes
The MSK Multitech operates fully automatically and packages all kinds of freight measurements with up to 4 different film formats or film strengths. Thus, even future pallet and product dimensions can be packaged for transport by one and the same machine without additional investments. In order to being able to package pallets for longitudinal or horizontal transportation in the beverage industry, the machine has especially been equipped with a rotatable film gripping unit. By turning the hood, it is perfectly adapted to the pallet alignment. This increases the flexibility regarding pallet dimensions, and it offers great stability for products yet to be packaged. The renown MSK film opening system ensures immaculate tailoring and contact-free application of the film hoods, which allows for use of even thinnest film.
Energy efficient technology
Our special energy-saving MSK mixed-air method specifically heats the film in a very careful manner and, thus, preserves its elasticity and endurance strength. MSK heat recovery allows for an optimum of energy efficiency; compared to conventional machines, it achieves energy saving of up to 20%. By doing so, the new MSK Multitech contributes to its company’s energy balance in a positive way.
