Your tasks:

  • Operational and strategic support of our CEOs in all areas of activity
  • Carrying out projects under her own responsibility and monitoring internal procedures and processes
  • Development of production reporting and decision preparation materials
  • Optimization of internal structures and processes
  • Organizing, preparing and post-processing meetings and conferences, including presentations and minutes

Your profile:

  • Higher education (College/University) preferred in human activity/administration field  
  • Professional experience in a relevant job
  • Intercultural experience in German-speaking countries is an advantage
  • Customer-oriented and company-oriented approach and action
  • Quick situational awareness,
  • Proactivity
  • Reliability and loyalty
  • High quality demand
  • Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English, both orally and in writing (knowledge of German is an advantage)
