Your tasks:
- Managementof the recruitment selection process;
- Support for assetmanagement and succession planning;
- Manage onboarding programs;
- Assisting in the organization, registration and follow-up of external and internal trainings, trainings and trainings concerning employees;
- Participation in HR development projects (e.g. digitalization);
- Supporting managersin HR issues and operation of HR systems;
- HR administrative tasks, providing labour law support;
- HR marketing activity;
- Preparation and presentation of decision-making materials.
Your profile:
- Higher education in economics or HR or other similar qualifications;
- Professional experience in a similar position, preferably in a medium-sized production company;
- Knowledge of current labour law regulations;
- Customer-centric approach;
- Results-oriented, efficient and responsible work both independently and in teams;
- Proaktídispute;
- Maga-proof knowledge of English and/or German
- Use Microsoft Office programs with confidence (Excel, PPT, Word).
