• Responsible for recording and maintaining all personnel data
• Close interaction with our external accounting company and co-responsibility for payroll accounting
• Progress on digitalization of administration and personnel data, including contribution to the choice and implementation of the system
• Enjoyment in constant further development of manual and digital HR processes
• Preparation of incisive evaluations and reporting
• Completed commercial training and/or further training in a relevant field
• Professional experience in mid-size companies
• Skills in payroll accounting and in general administration
• A talent for organization, reliability, sense of responsibility
• Good MS Office user skills
• Strong German and English skills
