Your tasks:

  • Introduction of new digital solutions and processes in the company;
  • Take the opportunity to be part of an ERP Migration Project in an international environment;
  • Active Participation on the success of projects with high quality and close communication with all Stakeholders ;
  • Follow-up of IT projects, budget control and project reporting;
  • Provide reasonable estimates for project timelines from design until delivery;
  • Manage the resources (planning and handling) according the project plans and requirements;
  • Participation in meetings with the managers of the departments involved in the project;
  • Preparation, achievement, and monitoring of system tests and user Acceptance Tests;
  • Create a documentation process (expl: project event and risk log or any other reporting needed);
  • Creating reports, monitoring KPIs;
  • Coordination of internal and external Partners and Suppliers .

Your profile:

  • University bachelor's degree in IT;
  • 3+ years of IT implementation systems experience;
  • Modern international thinking;
  • Experience in ERP business know how and management ERP Systems;
  • PMO Knowledge;
  • Multitasking ability;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • People management skill;
  • Fluent in English is mandatory (Hungarian native).
