Legal Colleague specialiozed for HR area(m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Creating and reviewing regulations related to HR work processes, internal control;
Active participation in the operation of our HR labour systems
Active involvement in HR projects that serve the needs of the organization, specific areas, HR process development, including e.g.: job analysis, performance appraisal, orientation, career plan, staffing needs, priority position management as topics;
Maintaining compliance with the Labour Code and labour legislation in relation to HR employment records, documentation and processes;
Assisting in the annual tasks related to the benefits scheme provided by HR;
Supporting HR staff and peers on labour and general civil law issues,
Monitoring labour law, civil law legistlation and changes,
Coordinating and monitoring tasks related to document management;
Preparing, reviewing and amending contracts
Liaison with authorities, communication (internal/external)
Preparing reports and statements for executive levelt

Hungarian university degree in law, bar exam (qualification in HR specialization is an advantage);
Confident up-to-date knowledge of labour law, civil law, both in theory and practice;
At least 2 years of practical experience in the field of HR labour law;
Ability to work responsibly, quickly and accurately;
Ability to work independently and in a team;
Ability to work under pressure and systemic approach;
Good communication skills;
Active knowledge of English (verbal-written) (minimum: intermediate);
Confident usage of MS Office (word, ppt, excel);
B category driving licence
Residence close by due to on-site work or relocation willingness.
