PST Coordinator

Your tasks:

  • Project scheduling and time tracking
  • Supervision and updating of the corporate project registration system - with special attention to keeping deadlines
  • Strict representation of market and customer needs and feedback to associates
  • Organizing regular consultations, resp. effective support of different areas from the project planning side through the internal control system
  • Regular reporting, if necessary, immediate escalation - in accordance with the escalation procedure - to Management or Company Management
  • Liaison with foreign affiliates, providing regular information to Sales, TPL and other central organizations and other subsidiaries (USA, FR, CN)
  • Support long-term planning and project acceptance by providing relevant documentation

Your profile:

  • Higher education in economics / engineering / logistics
  • Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of corporate governance system, practical use (advantage: knowledge of ProAlpha, Easy Project)
  • Active, negotiation-level knowledge of English in writing and orally
  • Complex way of thinking, systems approach
  • Proactive attitude

  • Independent, precise work ability
  • Efficient time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-centric thinking
  • Professional experience gained in production planning at a production company is an advantage
