Your tasks

    • Providing extensive operational and strategic support for our CEOs in all areas
    • Independently carrying out projects and supervising internal tasks and processes
    • Compiling reports and preparing decision-making bases
    • Optimising internal structures and processes
    • Organising, preparing and reviewing meetings and conferences, plus creating presentations and taking minutes
    • Taking charge of organising internal and external events
    • Cross-site co-operation within the corporate group

     

    Your qualifications

    • Degree in law, economics or HR
    • 3-5 years’ professional experience in a relevant position
    • Excellent written and oral skills in Hungarian and English/German
    • Intercultural experience in the German-speaking world is an advantage
    • Sound knowledge of all conventional computing programs
    • Customer-oriented, entrepreneurial manner of thinking and acting
    • Fast learner, proactive
    • Reliable and loyal
