Your tasks
- Handling the operational and safety technology documentation of the machines and equipment for international customerprojects
- Collaboration with project leaders and documentation compilers from our international subsidiaries
- Observing deadlines related to the production plan
- Coordination of translations of the documentation, including asking for and evaluating quotations
- Close cooperation with the designer departments (mechanical and electrical) as well as the transport department in order to send documentations
- Compiling and updating statistics related to the department
Your qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of word processor softwares (Frame Maker is an advantage)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
- Knowledge of the prevailing European standards (EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC) is an advantage
- Responsibility, a high degree of reliability, loyalty and commitment
- Flexibility and the ability to work in international teams
- Experience in working in a multicultural environment
- Intermediate level English and/or German knowledge (professional knowledge is an advantage)
