Your tasks

  • Operation and development of HR processes (integration, reduction of fluctuation, planning for workforce supply, performance evaluation, information, internal communication)
  • Organizing and leading HR projects, representing the HR department in the projects of development
  • Developing the existing HR system, supporting the business/production fields
  • Elaborating and following up strategies of training and development as well as internal career plans
  • Coordinating and supervising the recruiting and selecting processes
  • Adapting to legal changes
  • Being in contact with the headquarters in Germany and the CEO, department managers and temporary work agencies


Your profile

  • You have a degree in HR or Economics (from a related field).
  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position at a manufacturing company.
  • You know the relevant labour laws, regulations and standards.
  • You are an excellent communicator, presenter and organiser.
  • You are a proactive and flexible team player.
  • You have a communicational level knowledge of English and/or German.
  • You have user level computer skills.
