Your tasks

    • Monitor the entire recruitment process and coordination of candidate management as well as conduct telephone and face-to-face job interviews
    • Design, optimisation and professional implementation of all HR processes, ranging from an employee’s start of employment until his/her departure
    • Active participation in national and international HR projects and getting new employees on-board
    • Support senior management, the head of HR and managers with various staff-related issues
    • Continual further development and optimisation of HR processes
    • Operational day-to-day business with general HR administrative tasks  

     

    Your profile

      • A business degree or degree in human resources or completed commercial training with further training as HR officer or HR specialist
      • Experience in a similar position, preferably in a medium-sized manufacturing company
      • Oriented towards providing exceptional service, a good intuition for people, strong communication skills and an engaging demeanour
      • A well-structured, efficient and self-reliant way of working independently and in a team
      • Proactive, good time-management skills, the ability to set priorities and to react quickly
      • Good English language skills
