Your tasks

  • Independently managing the recruitment process to fill challenging positions in all areas of the company
  • Formulating and publishing job advertisements using state-of-the-art tools
  • Actively assisting candidates throughout the entire recruiting process; from the first contact to contract conclusion
  • Conducting telephone interviews and in-person interviews
  • Working closely with the management and HR department 
  • Actively assisting with projects to further develop our recruitment channels and methods.
  • Carrying out activities and projects relating to employer branding, talent relationship management and job exchanges


    Your qualifications

      • Degree in business administration or HR
      • At least 3-5 years’ professional experience in a comparable role, ideally at a medium-sized production company
      • Extensive knowledge of applicable labour laws and other labour-law regulations and standards
      • Good English skills (being a German native speaker is an advantage)
      • Flexibility and ability to think proactively
      • Good communication, presentation and organisational skills
      • Ability to set priorities, and good time management
      • A team player, but also able to work independently and efficiently
      • Sound knowledge of all conventional computer software
