Your tasks

• Taking responsibility for smooth operations in terms of profitability, process efficiency and innovation in our technical departments
• Co-ordinating and professionally managing all technical teams
• Cross-site co-operations within our matrix organisational structure
• Upholding our high international quality standards
• Successfully managing projects
• Contributing your energy and above-average technical expertise
• Reporting directly to the owners and managing directors

Your qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering or comparable training
• At least 5 years’ professional experience in a managerial position in the capital goods industry (mechanical engineering, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, SMED, TPM, TQM)
• Communication & team-working skills
• Analytical and networked thinking
• Clear managerial skills
• Professional MS Office and CAD skills
• Good English skills (being a German native speaker is an advantage)
• Intercultural skills
