Trainee programs
A trainee program is the ideal choice for university graduates. In our trainee program you receive interesting and comprehensive training in international settings. During your trainee program you develop specific know-how and expertise in different areas of our company group on the job. This is how, in 12 - 24 months, you receive optimum introduction to your future position and its respective areas of responsibility, and a comprehensive overview of our products, processes and structures. Our aim is to identify junior employees for positions of responsibility in our company group early on, and to develop their skills and integrate them into our company on a long-term basis. That is why, right at the start of your trainee program, we offer you a permanent employment contract, to allow you to plan long-term. In order to design a program to suit your specific needs, our trainee programs have no fixed starting dates.
