Careful film heating with efficient MSK technology
MSK's special mixed-air method specifically heats the film and preserves its elasticity and endurance strength. MSK heat recycling makes sure energy efficiency is at an optimum. For our maintenance-free MSK burners, we offer 5 years of warranty. Our own specially developed mixed-air method is adapted to special requirements in the beverage industry.
Customer-specific Innovations with High Flexibility
MSK, our machines flexibly wrap various pallet formats. Thus, the fully-automatic shrink hood machine MSK Multitech easily adapts to changing load dimensions by working with up to 4 different film formats or film thicknesses. By using a rotatable film head especially designed for the beverage industry, the pallets can be packaged in horizontal or transverse direction without having to be moved. This offers additional flexibility for changing pallet dimensions while granting high stability of the unpacked pallets at the same time. As space-saving compact version (hood application and shrinkage at one place), the MSK Multitech packages up to 80 pallets per hour, or up to 160 pallets per hour as line-up version. The machine head can be lowered to ground level and thus allows for easy and quick maintenance without ladders or platform.
Safe transport packaging with MSK's Undershrink method
There is hardly another process that has influenced pallet shrink wrapping in the beverage industry as much as the MSK Undershrink method. Its effect is most distinct when used in combination with the Latch-Lift-system. This way, the pallet can be lifted up safely and wrapped even at high stack heights.
No Sticking of the Shrink Film to the Material Beneath It
Since the development of the MSK Anti-Collage system, fusing of the film to PE-packaged containers beneath it and creasing of the film are things of the past. By using this system some customers are achieving substantial savings.
