6.    Google Analytics

We have integrated the Google Analytics component on this website (without anonymisation function). Google Analytics is a web analysis service. Web analysis is the compilation, collection and analysis of data about the conduct of website visitors. A web analysis service collects, among others, data about from what website an affected person has arrived at a website (so-called referrers), which subsites of the website were accessed or how often and for what duration  subsite was viewed. A web analysis is regularly applied to optimise the website and for a cost/benefit analysis of internet advertising.

The operating company of the Google Analytics component is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA (here: “Google”).
We use for web analysis via Google Analytics the addition "_gat._anonymizeIp". With this addition, the IP address of your internet connection is shortened and anonymised by Google, if the access to our websites occurs from the European Economic Area.
The purpose of the Google Analytics component is our legitimate interest to analyse the visitors to our website (Article 6(1)(f) General Data Protection Regulation). Google uses the data and information collected on our behalf to, among other things, analyse the use of our website in order to compile online reports for us that show the activities on our websites and in order to provide further services linked to the use of our website.
Google Analytics places a cookie on your computer. We explain what cookies are again in detail below under Item 9. By setting the cookie, an analysis of the use of our website is enabled. By each retrieval of one of the individual pages of this website, the internet browser on your computer is automatically initiated by the relevant Google Analytics component to send data to Google for the purposes of online analysis. Within the framework of this technical procedure, Google learns on our order of personal data, such as your IP address, which serve, among other things, to establish the origin of the visitors and clicks.
With the use of cookies, personal information, for instance the time of access, place from where access originated, and the frequency of your visits to our website are archived. On each visit to our website, these personal data, including the IP address of the internet connection used by you, are sent to Google to the United States of America. These personal data are archived by Google in the United States of America. Google may pass these personal data collected using technical methods to third parties.
The person concerned can prevent the placing of cookies by our website, as explained in Item 9 at any time with the corresponding settings of the internet browser used and thereby contradict the setting of cookies permanently. Such a setting of the internet browser used would also prevent Google placing a cookie on your computer. Furthermore, a cookie already set by Google Analytics can be deleted via the internet browser or other software programs at any time.
It is also possible to contradict to an entry of the data generated by Google Analytics that relate to a use of this website as well as the processing of these data by Google and to prevent such. To this end, you can download and install a browser add-on at the link https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. This browser add-on informs Google Analytics via JavaScript that no data and information on the visits to websites may be sent to Google Analytics. The installation of the browser add-on is assessed by Google as a contradiction. However, if your browser is deleted, formatted or reinstalled at a later time, a fresh installation of the browser add-on must take place to deactivate Google Analytics. If the browser add-on is deinstalled and deactivated by you, there is the option of a new installation or fresh activation of the browser add-on.
If you prevent the use of Google Analytics as described, this has no impact on the usability of our website.
Further information and the valid data protection provisions can be retrieved at https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/ and at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html. Google Analytics is explained in detail at this link https://www.google.com/intl/en_uk/analytics/.
Within the framework of Google Analytics, we do not store any personal data, as the data are anonymised at Google immediately.
A transmission of the personal data to other recipients does not take place.

7.    Google Maps

The plug-in of Google Maps is embedded in this website. The operator of Google Maps is Google.
By each retrieval of the individual pages, in which Google Maps is integrated, the internet browser on your computer is automatically initiated to send data to Google for the purposes of the provision of the Google Maps plug-in. Within the framework of this technical procedure, Google learns of personal data, such as your IP address, which serve, among other things, to establish the origin of the visitors and clicks. In particular, the IP address, device identification, browser features, operating system details, language settings, referring URLs and geolocation data are sent to Google.
The purpose of the Google Maps component is our legitimate interest to present static map graphics to you.
With suitable browser settings or plug-ins you can prevent that page elements such as Google Maps are loaded automatically. If you use such settings or plug-ins, the map presentation of Google Maps is displayed not at all or only after your express release depending on your settings; only then is the above data transmission to Google made.
Within the framework of Google Maps, we do not store any personal data.
A transmission of the personal data to other recipients does not take place.
For the further processing of data, exclusively Google Maps is  responsible. The terms and conditions of Google Maps can be found at Terms and Conditions of Google Maps. Details can be found in the data protection statement of Google.

The operator of YouTube is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (here: “YouTube”). YouTube is subsidiary of Google.
On each retrieval of an individual page, on which a YouTube component (YouTube player) was integrated, the internet browser on your computer is automatically triggered to download a presentation of the corresponding YouTube component from YouTube. Further information on YouTube can be accessed at https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/en/. Within the framework of the technical procedure, YouTube and Google learn about what specific subsite of our website you visit.
If you are simultaneously logged in at YouTube, YouTube will recognise on the retrieval of a subsite, which contains a YouTube video, what specific subsite of our website you are visiting. This information is collected by YouTube and Google and allocated to your relevant YouTube account.
YouTube and Google receive via the YouTube component information that you have visited our website if you are simultaneously logged into YouTube at the time of accessing our website; this occurs regardless of whether you click on a YouTube video or not. If you do not want such a transmission of this information to YouTube and Google, you can prevent the transmission by logging out of your YouTube account before calling up our website.
You can also prevent the establishing of an automatic connection at any time with corresponding settings of your internet browser used; our site will then still be usable, albeit without videos.
The data protection provisions published by YouTube, which can be accessed at https://www.google.de/intl/en/policies/privacy/, provide information on the collection, processing and use of personal data by YouTube and Google. Within the framework of YouTube, we do not store any personal data. A transmission of the personal data to other recipients does not take place.
