The premises include workshop facilities, large storage area for spare parts, state-of-the-art modern equipped offices, a technical support centre and demonstration equipment. The majority of spares are carried in stock to enable same day delivery if required and highly qualified service engineers are available to provide immediate response to customer requests. MSK Packaging Ltd is linked to the MSK Covertech Group by a completely new in house developed ERP software system, which has enabled the group to achieve an advanced degree of automation throughout the whole work process.
