Packaging Demands Precision
Particularly in the moving of goods to shrink-wrap units, the precise positioning of the goods helps to reduce costs since thereby the amount of film required is minimised. To this end special devices centre not only the complete load on the pallet but also the pallet on the conveyor belt. Where necessary and where the type of pallet requires this, the pallet can be lifted up for the centring process.
From the Production Shop to Loading of the Truck
MSK conveys your pallets from the production department up to the point at which they are loaded onto trucks - without the use of forklift trucks which would otherwise disturb the smooth operation of your plant. The handing over of pallets following a change in conveying direction is a matter to which MSK plays special attention. The product is completely unaffected by this transition since the pallet is held by support elements during the transfer. In this way even high stacks of unpackaged glass products reach their destination safely.
