The defoiling of pallets with empty containers such as bottles or cans is often carried out manually, which is becoming increasingly challenging due to the increasing requirements of hygiene and auditing processes, as well as high pallet loads. There is great potential for automation in this area, as this process can be automated with the Defotech unwrapping system and the Destraptech destrapper. MSK offers the automatic unpacking of film-wrapped pallets and the removal of strapping as individual solutions or as a complete system. By eliminating manual intervention in the unpacking process, work safety is increased, and production speeds are improved.
Unwrapping system
The fully automatic MSK Defotech unwrapper safely unpacks film-wrapped pallet loads in the tightest of spaces. The unwrapper is available as a version for shrink-wrapped, stretch-wrapped or stretch-hooded pallets or a combination of these applications.
Destrapper
The MSK Destraptech destrapper unpacks incoming goods secured with straps fully automatically at a rate of up to 45 pallets per hour.
