Want to get things done and help shape the future? As trainee (m/f/d) in the area of IT Specialist (m/f/d) for Application Development at MSK, you will learn everything necessary for this multifaceted profession in three years. The starting date is September 1, 2027. It is also possible to complete a dual course of study during the training.

Your tasks:

  • You will learn how modern software solutions are designed, programmed, tested and documented – from the initial idea through to the live application.
  • We will show you how to work with the latest programming languages, databases and interfaces, as well as agile working methods.
  • You will work on further development and maintenance of our applications – for example, those related to our ERP system – and learn how to analyses, test and improve existing code.
  • The apprenticeship is just the beginning: once you’ve successfully completed it, we’ll offer you a wide range of opportunities to shape your career path within the MSK Group – for example, in the fields of software development, ERP systems, databases or IT project management.

Your profile:

  • A good secondary school leaving certificate, vocational baccalaureate or A-levels
  • An interested in software development, programming and digital processes
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking skills, as well as a passion for tinkering and programming
  • Good organizational and teamwork skills, and a structured approach to work
  • Proficiency in all standard MS Office programs
  • Initial personal experience with programming or IT projects (e.g. your own scripts, small programs or websites) is an advantage

  • Good command of English, as you will be working in an international environment
