IT Helpdesk Specialist

Your tasks:

  • Providing IT support to users on-site or through remote access
  • Installing and configuring computers and mobile devices
  • Operating and maintaining network printers
  • Organizing and performing preventive maintenance activities
  • Maintaining hardware and software inventories, diagnosing and resolving related issues
  • Documenting IT processes
  • Managing and maintaining IT asset records

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification
  • Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Basic understanding of IT security concepts (e.g., endpoint protection, firewalls)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
  • High level of service orientation and communication skills
  • Reliable team player with a proactive mindset
  • Basic English skills (written and spoken)
  • Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration is an advantage
  • Knowledge of network fundamentals (LAN/WLAN, TCP/IP) is a plus
