Your mission:
- You will lead a competent team of specialists and ensure that the company's automation processes are continuously optimized.
- You promote the motivation and commitment of employees through targeted measures and a positive working environment.
- You create resource planning and ensure that the team is deployed in a target-oriented, efficient and customer-focused manner.
- As part of the international team, you will help drive forward programming standards and thus ensure consistently high quality.
- You will be involved in the development of new products and support the adjacent departments and our foreign branches in specialist and interdisciplinary topics.
- You will be jointly responsible for compliance with and implementation of relevant standards and for creating the necessary documentation.
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or electrical engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on automation technology and further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or industrial foreman (m/f/d) or a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation technology
- Sound professional experience in programmable logic control, control and drive technology in mechanical and plant engineering.
- Experience in PLC programming and project management, as well as leadership experience and strong teamwork skills
- Quality awareness and goal orientation
- Experience and enjoyment of international cooperation
- Business fluent in German and English
