Your tasks:

Preparation of short- and medium-term capacity plans based on customer orders.
Production planning based on customer orders
Production/installation results, control of order feedback, root-cause analysis in case of deviation
Monitoring of capacity plans and analysis in case of deviations.
Adherence to customer deadlines, following changes in orders.
Preparation and evaluation of analyses, reports and statistics related to planning.
Up-to-date provision of other administrative tasks.
Cooperation with partner departments and divisions

Higher education in a technical or economic field
Confident English language skills (written and spoken)
Knowledge and practical use of a company management system (knowledge of ProAlpha, Easy Project is an advantage)
Excellent communication skills
Openness to acquiring new knowledge
Independent, precise, reliable work
Load capacity, flexibility, good problem-solving skills, customer-oriented and complex way of thinking
MS Office (knowledge of Excel, knowledge of functions)
Proficiency in a manufacturing environment

Advantage:

Experience in a similar position is an advantage, preferably in an international company
German language skills
