Your mission:
- You lead a team of PLC programmers and ensure that the tasks are implemented in a target-oriented, efficient and customer-oriented manner.
- You create the resource planning for your team and ensure optimal resource planning.
- You will support the development and optimization of our programming standards and ensure consistently high quality.
- You will support related departments and foreign branches in specialist topics.
- You will be jointly responsible for compliance with and implementation of relevant standards and for creating the necessary documentation.
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or electrical engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on automation technology and further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or industrial foreman (m/f/d) or a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation technology or a comparable qualification
- You have practical experience in PLC programming and have acquired in-depth knowledge in the creation, adaptation and optimization of PLC programs.
- You have already successfully led a team, are able to motivate and encourage your employees and are characterized by strong communication skills and empathy.
- Good knowledge of relevant norms and standards
- Business fluent in German and English
