The production plant established in Nyírbátor, Hungary in 1995 builds mass-produced machines and manufactures components for other MSK factories. Processing more than 3,000 t of steel annually, it is the central production plant for the MSK Group. Quality is guaranteed by state-of-the-art CAD / CAM production and powder coating. Since user-friendly operation is becoming increasingly important in systems manufacturing, a multitude of engineers as well as designers work together to continually improve the PLC as well as operator software.
At our Hungarian facility, we work in conjunction with universities as well.

Powerful and capable production for competitive solutions

Nyírbátor is home to the MSK Group's single parts production, and the production of the conveyor technology components and the MSK standard machines for the final assembly including all required hardware and software. On a production area of more than 24,000 m² complete MSK systems are tested and approved with the original customer products.

From the design, to the single component production up to the assembly of complex packaging equipment, the entire machine production process is in our hands. MSK places great value on quality and the availability of its systems and individual parts to maintain high quality standards at all times. In addition, even after a system has been in service for many years, MSK will quickly deliver any spare parts to you that you might need. Downtimes will be kept to an absolute minimum.

Control system and software development

The control system often makes the difference. That is why an international team of software developers, engineers and designers is working together to continually improve the PLC as well as operator software of our systems.
The EMSY software ensures that MSK products remain simple and safe for our customers to operate in spite of increasing automation. Intelligent linking of control systems with ERP systems is becoming increasingly important here. With many additional functions, such as storage of operating data and support for service data, EMSY is enjoying increasing popularity.
