Visitors to the benefit concert "Industry meets Classic" were immersed in a unique atmosphere on Sunday, September 17, 2023. High-performance packaging machines staged with light in the production hall of MSK Verpackungs-Systeme GmbH in Kleve provided the setting for a high-quality concert with string instruments and a piano. The Kleve-based mechanical engineering company had invited talented musicians from the Music Schools of the district of Kleve and students from the International Music Summer Campus Cleve to the benefit concert. It was the first concert of this kind in the Kleve region and the positive response with almost completely filled seats pleased everyone involved.
With a varied program, played by soloists on the violin together with the Geldern String Orchestra, the Primavera String Quartet, as well as very young up-and-coming talents of the district music schools on the violin and the piano and the internationally active solo pianist Max Philip Klüser, the musicians delighted the audience. The audience thanked them with long applause for the musical experience in this special atmosphere.
