Headstart in Technology at the cold end - the new flexibility with MSK

With innovations like a versatile bottle alignment station, a new shrink packaging technology with the potential for saving up to 40% of energy as well as the latest version of the MSK software EMSY the MSK Covertech Group raises the bar at the Glasstec 2014, world's biggest exhibition for the glass industry.

At the Glasstec MSK presented a new generation of the MSK bottles alignment station  as a true headstart in technology, besides improvements in bottle conveyor technology in response to the glass industry's general demand for growing flexibility.

For the separation of bottles after the lehr or the alignment of different forms of glass containers the new MSK alignment can easily be integrated into recoil line or can even be used flexibly at different lines. The MSK alignment station is a very compact, mobile solution and its integration into the bottle conveyor system can easily be effected  by lateral docking   without detaching take place without detaching the conveyor belt mechanically. Thanks to the integrated MSK EMSY the connection to the line in terms of technical control is just as easy as connecting a printer with a PC. When the alignment station is installed, it will be recognized automatically by the interface software MSK EMSY.
