Fully automated intralogistics systems from a single source
When palletizing, load securing, conveyor technology, and packaging peripherals come from a single source, the result is a comprehensive system that can be operated using uniform software: MSK EMSY. It enables fully automated pallet logistics thanks to consistently networked processes.
Making load securing sustainable
MSK pallet packaging systems are designed to meet your requirements and operate safely and quickly as a stand-alone solution or integrated into your material flow system. With their special film stretching process, MSK stretch hooding machines enable the packaging of many pallet formats and represent a safe and cost-efficient alternative to conventional stretch wrapping machines. When using an MSK stretch hooding machine, the load geometry is first precisely recorded so that custom-fit film hoods can be produced with minimal film consumption. The machine adapts the hood cover to the load, thus ensuring film savings and load stability.
MSK shrink packaging ensures maximum hold of the pallet loads on the pallet without exerting pressure on them. The shrink hood fits around the load like a second skin. The shrink film is heated safely with hot air. Shrink films are made of PE and are generally available locally everywhere and with a high recycled content. The EMSY software simplifies the parameterization of various packaging programs: different types of pallet load geometries and packaging programs can be easily called up and selected from a database.
MSK palletizing systems: Flexibility thanks to MSK design
Whether you need the flexibility of a palletizing robot or powerful rotary column or gantry palletizing systems, MSK has the right system for your individual needs. MSK palletizers palletize your products precisely in the desired layer pattern. Because MSK designs and manufactures all components itself, MSK palletizing islands are individually configurable based on a modular system, yet still standardized. Your advantage is homogeneous and unconditional documentation, software, and spare parts structure, including international service for the entire system. Thanks to the EMSY HMI system, you do not need any specific robot control or PLC knowledge, as the entire system is designed by MSK in a uniform HMI. The entire system is visualized in 3D graphics, and image-supported fault messages enable quick and easy troubleshooting. Recipe, product, or packaging image changes can be made easily and without programming knowledge using the integrated recipe manager.
Customized logistics systems
In order to automate the entire material flow and pallet handling from goods receipt to truck loading or to the finished goods warehouse and to reduce the use of forklifts, MSK creates customized and fully automated complete systems with pallet conveyor technology, palletizing systems, pallet packaging lines, and numerous peripheral devices such as labelers, scanners, etc. – all uniformly operable via MSK EMSY.
The EMSY software provides a central user interface, reliable data transfer, and maximum adaptability to changing product requirements. Proactive maintenance management and digitally supported service, e.g., through the new EMSY service tablet, prevent costly downtime.
