MSK palletizing systems: all-rounders in the tightest of spaces
Changing product requirements, high cycle rates and tight spaces require a high degree of flexibility when palletizing and depalletizing, often in mixed operation. MSK palletizers palletize your products flexibly and precisely in the desired packing pattern. Because MSK designs and manufactures all components itself, MSK palletizing cells can be individually configured on the basis of a modular system and yet are standardized. Your advantage is a homogeneous and unconditional documentation, software and spare parts structure, including international service for the entire system.
Stable load securing for your product
MSK pallet packaging systems are designed according to your requirements and work safely and quickly as a stand-alone solution or integrated into your material flow system. MSK shrink-packaging gives pallet loads the greatest possible hold on the pallet without exerting pressure on it. The shrink hood covers the load like a second skin. The shrink film is heated safely with hot air. Shrink films are made of PE and are generally available locally and with a high proportion of recycled material. With their special film stretching process, MSK stretch hood machines enable the packaging of many pallet formats and represent a safe and cost-efficient alternative to conventional stretch wrapping machines. When using an MSK stretch hood machine, the load geometry is first precisely recorded so that perfectly fitting film hoods can be produced with minimal film consumption. The system adjusts the hood cover according to the load, thus ensuring film savings and load stability.
Customized pallet conveyor technology
MSK intralogistics systems convey palletized goods fully automatically from production into the truck. The control concept and the entire conveyor technology come from a single source as a turnkey project and are custom-designed. MSK not only supplies the pallet conveyor technology in-house, but also develops the entire control concept with layouting and in-house programming. From the concept phase to the installation, commissioning of the entire system on site to the after-sales services - as a turnkey provider, MSK implements the project from a single source. The MSK conveyor system transports a wide variety of pallet loads and pallet formats over several levels and includes roller and chain conveyors, rotary elements, vertical conveyors and mobile transfer units.

The EMSY software offers comprehensive pallet information tracking throughout the logistics system as well as standardized control without interface problems. All areas of the conveyor system are interconnected by the standardized control system and ensure smooth communication with each other, including peripheral devices such as scanners or scales.
