MSK palletizing systems for maximum flexibility and efficiency
Changing product requirements, seasonal packaging trends, cost savings and tight spaces demand a high degree of flexibility from the palletizing system. Whether depalletizing empty containers or palletizing your products, MSK offers palletizing solutions in various performance classes based on robots or conventionally as gantry or rotary column palletizers.
MSK conveyor systems
The automation of your logistics could start with fully automated truck unloading. This means that the delivered pallets can be fed into the internal logistics system via an automatic system as soon as the goods are received. Automatic truck loading is also possible. Furthermore, MSK offers not only stationary conveyors for transportation, but also mobile transfer cars (Linktech) and driverless transport systems (AGVs). Sustainable load securing – savings in pallet packaging
MSK packaging machines secure your products on pallets and are suitable for use with recyclable or biodegradable films. Special MSK technology not only saves packaging material, but also increases the stability of the load. Closed hoods also offer the advantage of theft protection. Thanks to ongoing innovations and patented processes, MSK's packaging systems enable continuous savings in energy and film consumption. With the new generation of shrink frames, we minimize your energy consumption in the long term. The newly developed technology reduces gas consumption by 13%. Additional savings of 40% are possible with the MSK Covershrink energy-saving module. The MSK Corritech electric shrink frame with eCovershrink, on the other hand, works entirely without gas.
By completely dispensing with fossil fuels, we support you on the path to climate neutrality without you having to sacrifice the stability of shrink packaging. MSK also uses resource-saving technology in its stretch hood systems. This allows you to achieve a very low energy consumption of less than 0.07 kWh per pallet and process the thinnest films up to 20 μm.
Fully automated unwrapping of pallets - unpacking made easy
In order to automate the pallet logistics not only at the end of the production line, but also in the incoming goods department, MSK offers a complete package for unpacking pallets from film and strapping, as well as subsequent depalletizing from a single source. The MSK portfolio in this area includes the fully automatic Defotech unwrapping system, a fully automatic destrapper Destraptech, as well as portal or robot-based depalletizing systems. The Defotech unwrapper is available for all standard packaging films. After the pallets have been unpacked, the Defotech automatically prepares the recycling of the film using a special film removal system. If the packaging films are collected by type, they can be completely recycled.
