With the stretch wrapping machine MSK Tensiontech, a closed hood carefully surrounds the load which offers maximum stability and also avoids damages during transport.
As a proof of their continuous innovation, MSK Covertech Group has recently developed a new stretch wrapping machine, MSK Wraptech. This system is specially customized for bags, octabins or big bags on standard pallets. The system is very easy to operate and easy to be integrated in filling lines. The patented MSK stretching process for gathering the film hood (EP 1 353 847) as well as the vertical film stretching system (EP 1 717 148) not only lead to a high level of load security, but also to an optimal advertising effect of the brand logo. Further the machine head can be lowered to working level, platforms and ladders are not necessary. Due to the ground level access, MSK packaging systems offer a high degree of operator and maintenance friendliness.
MSK provides as well shrink packaging systems. They offer the highest load stability with negligible pressure on the product. It is also possible to install an MSK hybrid system. This means that both stretch and shrink packaging can be operated at the same packaging line without adjustment in order to achieve the best economical packaging for each individual product.
Resistant conveying systems adapted to chemicals
At MSK Covertech Group meeting the needs of customers is a priority. As such, beyond the customization of packaging lines, conveying lines have also been thought in a way to meet the requirements of chemical plants.
MSK conveying systems can work as an integrated transport and material flow system, controlled by the MSK software EMSY.
